This historic retrospective brings the music and contributions of Krupa into focus, with rare footage from the 1940's and still photographs documenting Krupa's career. Featured is an interview with Krupa himself, commentary from Louie Bellson and narration by Steve Allen. Clips of Krupa playing with some of his most celebrated colleagues are also representated here-including Benny Goodman, Lionel Hampton, Teddy Wilson, Anita O'Day, Roy Eldridge, Red Rodney, "Big" Sid Catlett and Charlie Ventura-on tunes like Sing, Sing, Sing, Let Me Off Uptown and Big Noise From Winnetka.
